Facebook allows users to connect the public posts, including photos and video on their sites. This way you can insert any Facebook post even if implements is not enabled for you.
Facebook has added a new "inline posts" feature to help you incorporate any content from Facebook – you can embed photos, video or even a normal status update – on another website or blog. For example if a celebrity together photo on his Facebook page, you can easily insert images on your website by adding a single line of code.
You can embed any content that is shared on Facebook pages and personal profiles, while the content owner set the visibility for the public.
There is a small catch. Facebook allows the functionality of the built-in reports for a handful of big Web publishers, including CNN, Mashable and the Huffington Post. All others must wait to see what paste links along with their Facebook content.

Here's the trick. Open any post Facebook and copy the permalink (Permanent URL) of this post. You can right-click the date a post to determine its constant. Next, replace YOUR_URL_HERE in the snippet below permalink, just copied and paste the modified snippet anywhere on your site. That's settled!
