If there are no printers installed on your computer or if you are not using Printers and Faxes at the start menu, you can hide it by stopping or disabling the Print Spooler service.
Go to Start -> Run and type services.msc and press enter. Wait for the Services console to open and search for the Print Spooler service in the list. Double-click on it and in the Startup type field, select Disabled and close the window.
Note: You must be having administrative privileges to do this.
