You can change the name of Recycle Bin of your system if you wish. You can do this if you are familiar with registry, navigate to
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder
and change the Attributes value from "40 01 00 20" to "70 01 00 20" and then restart your computer or logoff and login once and try renaming the Recycle bin.
