how to do this well it is very simple and it is not physics so jus follow d steps
1. goto start menu->run
2. den type gpedit.msc
3.den goto
computerconfiguration-> adminstrativetemplates-> network-> qospacketscheduler-> limitreservablebandwidth
4.enable it and set it to 0 % disabling will do no good jus checkout the explain column for dat and exit that is it
